EDCI is a start-up firm registered under the Ministry of MSME. EDCI consists of a group of dedicated individuals from Defence, Legal, and Law Enforcement backgrounds with over 27 years of experience, and are committed to shaping the future of the new Indian generation. Our other entity is Trishna Welfare Trust (TWT), Non- for profit organization established in the year of 2014. We have also prepared the infrastructure to help the ex-servicemen (Ex. Defence and Para-military personnel) to get the right job after training them to navigate the modern-day corporate world.

Mr. Ronn Pakrashi
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Ronn Pakrashi is a seasoned professional with an impressive track record spanning nearly 36+ years, marked by diverse roles and accomplishments across various industries. His expertise encompasses a wide range of domains, including strategic planning, liaising and coordination, stakeholder management, business development, training and development, process optimization, and sales and marketing.
Professional Journey:
Mr. Pakrashi has successfully led sales initiatives in the Construction Chemicals sector, demonstrating a keen understanding of market dynamics and customer needs. As a General Manager overseeing operations in the Paints industry, he contributed to the efficient functioning of the organization, ensuring seamless operations and quality delivery. In a leadership role as the Head of an FMCG manufacturing plant, Mr. Pakrashi played a pivotal role in optimizing processes and enhancing productivity. With global exposure in Canada, he served as the General Manager for Business Development and Health, Safety, Security, and Environment in an Oil Drilling Company. His role as Chief Operating Officer in the Food Sector showcased his expertise in managing complex operations and ensuring organizational efficiency. As the Chief Executive Officer in the Bamboo Sector, Mr. Pakrashi demonstrated his commitment to sustainable practices and innovative approaches in this emerging industry. In an Executive Director role within a multi-dimensional sector, he contributed to the strategic vision and overall growth of the organization. As the Chief Executive Officer of an Organic Certification Company, Mr. Pakrashi played a crucial role in promoting and ensuring compliance with organic standards.

Dr. Bibhas Ganguly
Legal Consultant
Dr. Bibhas Ganguly is a seasoned professional with a diverse academic background and over 33 years of extensive experience across various Government Departments. His academic journey showcase’s his commitment to continuous learning and expertise in multiple disciplines.
Dr. Ganguly has held pivotal roles in different Government departments, contributing significantly to the nation's legal and corporate landscape. Notably, he served as the Registrar-in-charge at the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India. His expertise also extends to the Ministry of Finance, Government of India, where he held the position of Secretary & Registrar at the Debts Recovery Tribunal.
In the realm of information and broadcasting, Dr. Ganguly served as the Secretary & Chief Vigilance Officer at SRFTI, under the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India. His contributions are not confined to a specific sector, as demonstrated by his experience in the Department of UD & MA, West Bengal, where he served as Joint Director [HOs], showcasing his proficiency in Urban Governance and Local Bodies.
Dr. Ganguly's diverse expertise further extends to the Fisheries Department and Pisciculture, underlining his versatility in navigating different domains. His commitment to excellence is evidenced by his Certificate in Contract Law from Harvard University and a Professional Certificate in Commercial Arbitration.
As an Ex-Officio Member of the Indian Institute of Arbitration & Mediation, Advocate at the High Court, Calcutta, and Arbitrator, Dr. Bibhas Ganguly brings a wealth of legal knowledge and dispute resolution skills to the table. His role as the National Vice President of the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Council underscores his leadership in promoting effective dispute resolution mechanisms nationwide.
Dr. Ganguly is also associated with the All India Sustainable Development Council, reflecting his dedication to sustainable practices and holistic development. His rich tapestry of experience and commitment to excellence make Dr. Bibhas Ganguly a distinguished professional in the fields of law, corporate governance, and sustainable development.
Ezaz Hazarika
Ezaz Hazarika, a seasoned professional and former DSP of Assam Police, brings over 15 years of expertise in Corporate Security Management and Risk Assessment from his tenure at Control Risks Group, London. With a robust background in Crisis Management, Logistics, and Supply Chain Security, he is well-versed in handling security for events of national and international significance. In law enforcement, Hazarika has showcased his skills in liaison and legal pursuits over a decade and a half. Empanelled for Fraud Control & Investigation with Kotak Group and Aditya Birla Capital, he stands as a trusted authority in the field, ensuring security and compliance.
SUBHENDU CHAKRABORTY
Worked as Core Group Member of the Software Development Group of various Government
Organisations including Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs). Remained Consultant of Indira
Gandhi National Open University for two years. Attached to various Central Government
Organisations including MHA and LEAs in Cyber Crime Investigation, Digital Forensic
Analysis, Dark Web Forensics, etc. Remained IN-Charge of Forensic Lab and R&D Unit of
various Govt. Organisations. Provide Cyber Security, Cyber Assurance, Threat Hunting,
Vulnerability Assessments, Penetration Testing, as well as Security Audit including SCADA/
Industrial OT. CISA-certified and CISSP-certified ISO 27001 Security Auditor with vast
experiences of dealing with Public, Private Sectors, National Critical Infrastructure, to perform
roles in IT auditing, compliance, governance, Information Security Management, Risk Analysis
and System Architecture.
Advocate Deepak Sharma
Shri Deepak Sharma is a distinguished Senior Advocate with a rich and illustrious legal career since 5th Day of December 1994.
Shri Sharma served as Vice President of Siliguri Bar Association in the year 2017, bringing forth his leadership and expertise to the legal fraternity community of Siliguri Sub Division.
In addition to his regular legal practice Shri Sharma is attached as the empanelled as Legal Aid Counsel of Sub-Divisional (Taluk) Legal Services Committee of Siliguri since 04/08/2001.
During the period from 04/08/2001 to 06/07/2009 Sri Sharma acted as empanelled Junior Lawyer of Sub-Divisional (Taluk) Legal Services Committee of Siliguri and further onwards since 07/07/2009 Shri Deepak Sharma has been acting as Senior empanelled Legal Aid Counsel and have been conducting legal aid cases and working for and on behalf of and for the interest of needy and down trodden litigants and rendering legal aid service, free of costs. Shri Deepak Sharma has been performing his duties as the member judge of Lok Adalat benches regularly from time to time and also has been rendering services as Remand Advocate for unrepresented accused persons in the Ld Courts of ACJM and both the Ld Special Courts constituted under the NDPS Act of 1985 and POCSO Act of 2012 at Siliguri.
Shri Sharma has contributed significantly to education as he is the managing committee member of Auxilium Convent School at Siliguri since 2001 further to add Shri Sharma is also appointed as member of Anti Ragging Committee of Inspiria Knowledge Campus of Himachal Vihar at Siliguri since 2018. Shri Sharma was a governing body member of Salesian College (Autonomous) at Siliguri from 2020 to 2023.
Shri Sharma continue to contribute significantly to legal education as well as a Visiting Guest Faculty at the Department of Law, North Bengal University. His commitment to legal scholarship and mentorship has shaped the next generation of legal professionals. Beyond his professional and academic roles. Shri Sharma plays an active role in community service and justice administration. He serves as a Monitoring Committee Member of Sub-Divisional Legal Services Committee, at Siliguri since 2016. Moreover Shri Sharma was appointed as a Jail Visit Lawyer of Siliguri Special Correctional Home in the year August 2016 and performed his duties till June 2023, working for the constitutional rights and welfare of jail inmates holding free legal aid clinics inside the Siliguri Special Correctional Home premises, under the guidelines and aegis of National Legal Aid Services Authority at New Delhi.
Moreover his involvement as a Monitoring Committee member of Siliguri Sub-Divisional and an empanelled Legal Aid Counsel (Senior Panel) of Siliguri Sub-Divisional legal Service Committee reflects his dedication to legal reform and free access to justice at the grass roots level.
